Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

  •  Once we received the package, please allow 5 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. 
  • The Tumbler Company does not price match with dealers or competition
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it, unused,  with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • all returns must be related to The Tumbler order. The Tumbler Company does not offer returns on items purchased outside of
  • All shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like shrink wrap. 
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

At this time, we do not offer product exchange. We only offer order returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we'll refund the amount back to you once we received the product. Refunds will be given back from the original payment method used for the order. 
-  Please allow 2-5 business days(subject to your financial institution) to receive the refunds, once we received the product.
